Infringement Policies

Report claims of copyright infringement

Before you decide to submit a claim for copyright infringement, you may want to contact the person that posted the content. You may be able to resolve the issue with the involved person/s without contacting us.

Also remember that only the copyright owner or their authorized representative may file a report of copyright infringement. So, if someone infringes someone else’s copyright you can advise the rights owner regarding the said infringement.

To report a copyright infringement and any other claims of intellectual property infringement, copy the information form below into an e-mail and send it via email or send via Contact Us. This form is the fastest way to report a copyright infringement.

Please note that all the notice information below must be complete otherwise we will ask you to resubmit your claim, using the proper format and to provide the details needed.

Further we may regularly provide your name, contact information and report contents to the person who you have reported to have infringed your copyright. For authorized representatives submitting a report we will provide the organization name or client that owns the copyright. So you may want to provide a professional or a business email address for this reason.
